Frequently Asked Questions.
Getting started, keeping access secure, hosting websites and recovering when something goes wrong.
Do I Need a Web Dashboard?
No. One-Click is built around terminal-based administration over SSH. Some workflows can open temporary browser-based tools when needed.
What Do I Need Before Installing?
A supported Linux distribution, root access and package/repository access for setup. Read the requirements and installation steps.
What Happens If My SSH Connection Drops?
Reconnect to the server and, if the session is still active, run tmux attach -t one-click to return to it.
Can One-Click Set Up HTTPS?
Yes. Supported hosting workflows use a shared Let's Encrypt setup. Check DNS and web-server readiness before asking for a certificate.
Can I Install WordPress, Nextcloud and Node.js Apps on the Same Host?
One-Click provides separate management workflows for these app types. Confirm available resources, domain assignments and runtime requirements for each installation.
Does a Network Backup Include All My Website Data?
No. Network Repair captures network-related configuration. Website and application data need their own backups. See the backup guide.
Is Remote Network or Boot Recovery Risk-free?
No. Changes to routing, network managers, disks or the bootloader can interrupt remote access. Arrange independent provider or hypervisor console access before attempting them.
Is One-Click Open Source?
Yes, it is distributed under the MIT License. You can browse the project on GitHub.
